Room in the Inn
Room In The Inn is a ministry that we work in conjunction with Urban Ministries. During the four coldest months of the year (December thru March), many homeless people need shelter and food. These people come from all walks of life and are homeless for a variety of reasons, but they are God’s children and we strive to help them. Each Monday night during the season we house up to 15 people in our Family Life Center, providing beds, home-cooked meals, a shower, clean clothes and entertainment. For anyone interested, we offer worship opportunities. This ministry requires the talents and faithful service of many members of our congregation. Volunteers from McClintock, Pleasant Hill and Mt Olive Presbyterian churches join in to help us out.
